Revolut is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance the company's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, ensuring continuity of critical operations and services across its fintech platform serving 75+ million customers. In this role, you will partner with departments and functions to assess and build resilient operations. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and testing contingency plans (business continuity plans, crisis management procedures, scenario playbooks), providing oversight on group testing programmes, and designing dashboards and indicators to monitor operational health. You'll support executives during crisis events to protect customers and the company, conduct lessons-learned activities following major incidents, and work closely with Product and Data teams to build a world-class resiliency function. You will use data and quantitative analysis to understand business operations and implement resilience strategies, provide regular reports to senior management on business continuity initiatives, and monitor emerging risks and industry trends to adapt strategies to evolving threats. Compliance with EU and French regulations, including DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and FCA PS21/3, is a core part of the role. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or related field, plus 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry. You must have experience implementing regulatory frameworks for operational resilience, a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in relevant risk assessment and continuity planning tools is essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include basic SQL skills, Business Continuity Institute accreditation, and experience with G-Suite and Google Cloud platforms.
