You will serve as Business Process Owner for the Control Center (Robotics Supervision), responsible for building and continuously improving the operational foundation that enables 24/7 robotic fleet management. This is a strategic operations role bridging technical teams, product, and field operations. Key Responsibilities: - Define and optimize alarm and supervision strategy: create actionable, prioritized alerts with minimal false positives to enable early incident detection and prevention. - Lead Control Center capability development in collaboration with Product Owners, Design, and IT teams (monitoring tools, diagnostics, automation). - Validate tools and alarms in production; measure impact on KPIs (MDPS, response time, escalation quality). - Drive predictive, data-driven operations: trend analysis, anomaly detection, and preventive logic. - Establish incident management standards, including diagnostic depth and root-cause analysis support. - Develop and deploy training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and knowledge bases. - Ensure operational consistency across 24/7 shift teams. - Analyze incidents and feed continuous improvement cycles to Design and Product teams. - Improve technician productivity through workflow optimization, automation, and tool ergonomics. - Administer and maintain RingCentral platform for customer-Control Center communications and internal escalation workflows. Success Metrics: - Alarm efficiency (signal-to-noise ratio, early detection rate). - Reduced MDPS and improved response times. - Increased justified escalations and RCA contribution. - Technician readiness and operational consistency across teams. - Control Center tool adoption, efficiency gains, and automation levels. - RingCentral reliability and escalation workflow effectiveness. Requirements: - Experience in technical operations, monitoring, or incident management. - Proven ability to structure and improve processes, tools, and operational standards. - Strong appetite for data analysis and performance management. - Cross-functional experience working with Engineering, Product, and IT teams. - Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. - Ability to create and deploy procedures, training, and best practices. - Comfort in complex, dynamic, continuous-improvement-oriented environments. - Fluent professional English.
