Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join the Atlanta Supply Chain team. The role focuses on designing, documenting, and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes to enable the Atlanta site to scale production of advanced defense systems.
You will introduce process frameworks to diverse stakeholders across Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Configuration Management, and Quality. Key responsibilities include guiding teams through process rollout and implementation, establishing and documenting current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing future-state operational models. You'll create and maintain process visualizations using tools like Lucid and Visio to communicate risks and readiness to leadership and cross-functional audiences.
The role requires strong collaboration and influence across all organizational levels—from individual contributors to senior leadership. You'll facilitate process phase gate evaluations, provide feedback on best practices, and foster adoption by recommending tactical resources. Success depends on building relationships with engineers, technicians, and program managers to understand their pain points and workflows, serving as a business process engineering support pillar.
This is a fast-paced, resource-limited environment where you'll demonstrate holistic ownership of technical challenges and deploy actionable solutions. You'll communicate the importance of business process design to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and tailor messaging to match their interests.
Required: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, math, or sciences; 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, change management, project management, or engineering transformation; strong business acumen with hardware and manufacturing domain knowledge; ability to influence across disciplines; U.S. Person status (export control requirement); eligibility for U.S. Secret security clearance.
