Salary: USD 166,500 - 225,500 / annual

Intuit is seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager to join its Corporate Planning team in Mountain View. This role is central to Intuit's strategy to become an AI-driven expert platform by transforming how planning is executed across the organization. You will lead the annual planning process operations for teams and ecosystems across Intuit, driving enterprise-level planning process innovation and change management. Key responsibilities include owning relationships across the enterprise to remove friction in planning workflows, providing thought leadership on strategic planning questions, championing planning strategy communication, and driving change management initiatives that connect strategic and tactical planning layers. You will collaborate with Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, and Enterprise Architecture to strengthen the planning connection from company-level annual strategy to team-level execution. This includes conducting user empathy exercises, designing and running rapid experiments, analyzing data to test hypotheses, and communicating insights and recommendations to executives with compelling, data-driven arguments. The role requires identifying process improvement opportunities, removing roadblocks that create friction for planning stakeholders, and role-modeling extreme ownership for complex organizational challenges. You will demonstrate high-energy engagement with a scale mindset, bringing authentic, courageous, and customer-obsessed leadership to an experienced team. Required qualifications include 7+ years of experience leading process transformations in large enterprises through management consulting or business operations roles. You must demonstrate strong change leadership capabilities, operational rigor with deep understanding of strategy and business models, strategic problem-solving skills, ownership and influence, and a learning mindset. The ideal candidate combines curiosity, transparency, and the ability to clarify ambiguities while driving decisions and outcomes.
