Fiverr is seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for the early freelancer journey on the platform. In this role, you will own strategy and execution across Acquisition, Onboarding, Vetting, Quality & Trust—ensuring freelancers are successfully activated and reach their first engagement.
You'll be a sharp strategic thinker and strong business operator, commercially minded and execution-focused. Your responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing a high-performing team
• Developing and executing strategy across the freelancer acquisition and onboarding funnel
• Aligning stakeholders across multiple functions to drive results
• Identifying trends and opportunities in the early freelancer journey
• Owning key metrics and KPIs related to freelancer activation and engagement
• Solving complex business problems with incomplete information
• Driving operational excellence and process improvements
