Motive is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join its cross-functional go-to-market team. The role is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the company hits growth targets across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop go-to-market strategies by analyzing market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize high-growth opportunities and drive strategic execution across all go-to-market functions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives connecting different departments and stakeholders. Drive high-impact, high-visibility strategic initiatives critical to scaling the business by facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Create robust analytical models and dashboards providing actionable insights into go-to-market and product performance. Take a hands-on approach to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating data into clear recommendations for optimizing commercial results using AI tools.
• Champion operational efficiency by continuously identifying and addressing process inefficiencies. Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or Strategy & Operations, combined with in-house SaaS experience. Recent experience at a hypergrowth, rapidly scaling SaaS company is required. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Must have advanced communication and presentation skills, executive presence, exceptional spreadsheet and data management abilities (SQL preferred), proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel, and comfort leveraging AI tools. Strong analytical skills, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments under tight timelines are essential.
