You'll lead a new business line as Business Operations Lead, acting as a GM with full ownership of strategy, operations, reporting, and P&L. This is a high-impact role where you'll establish playbooks and execute to build an 8-figure business in year one. Key responsibilities include: - Own the P&L for your business line, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets - Set and defend pricing and packaging strategy, pressure-testing in live deals - Partner with Deployment teams on unit economics to ensure scalable, customer-centric growth - Work with Sales on deal strategy, sitting in calls and structuring contracts - Build forecasts and establish operating cadence (weekly pipeline, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning) - Scale from strategic vision to execution details: office locations, talent recruitment, candidate criteria You're an owner who establishes plans, executes them, and lives with results. You're allergic to vanity metrics and ruthlessly prioritize the few metrics that matter. You're equally comfortable writing SQL, restructuring deals, or working with deployment teams. You think commercially in terms of customer satisfaction, margin, utilization, and attach rate. You influence across Sales, technical teams, and leadership through strong relationships. Required: 5-8+ years in business operations, strategic finance, corporate strategy, consulting, or operating roles at high-growth software companies. Direct experience owning or materially shaping a P&L, gross margin line, or pricing model. Strong quantitative and modeling skills. Working fluency with Salesforce, BI tools, and billing/usage data. Deep command of software and AI unit economics (COGS, gross margin, payback, NRR). Track record of partnering with functional leaders to drive execution. Comfort moving fast, being wrong publicly, and correcting quickly. Nice to have: Investment banking, management consulting, private equity/VC experience, or early-stage experience building reporting and forecasting stacks.
