As Business Operations Lead, you will design and deploy automation-first infrastructure within the Capital Solutions Business Execution team. This high-impact, cross-functional role focuses on eliminating friction across go-to-market workflows and building scalable service delivery systems. You'll identify bottlenecks in deal evaluation, due diligence, internal handoffs, and compliance processes, then design and implement automation solutions using tools like HubSpot, Claude Code, and n8n.
Key responsibilities include: designing automation-driven systems that support structured product workflows; identifying and eliminating high-leverage repetitive tasks through scalable automation; owning cross-functional service delivery infrastructure across GTM tools and internal systems; moving quickly on scoped MVPs and iterating toward operational excellence; championing AI-powered tools to accelerate internal and customer-facing processes; collaborating with Commercial, Growth, Product, and Engineering teams; and instrumenting systems with data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
You'll operate in a scrappy, fast-feedback environment where problem scoping and execution are paramount. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in business operations, strategic operations, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or finance. You should have direct experience partnering with investment, finance, or transaction teams; a proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives; demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems; experience in high-growth or startup environments; and hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or modern technology tools to streamline workflows.
