You'll approach ambiguous problems by identifying what's broken and acting on it independently, moving fast while maintaining high standards. Havenly is building AI into how it works and seeks people genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them—openness matters more than existing expertise. Requirements: - Experience in strategy, development, finance, investment, or consulting roles; demonstrated ability matters more than title - Strong financial and analytical judgment with comfort navigating incomplete information - Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders - Self-directed problem-solving approach; figures out what's broken and acts without waiting to be told - Fast execution, real ownership of outcomes, and high personal standards - Strong cross-team collaboration with low-ego, no-drama approach - Bonus: M&A experience, financial modeling expertise, or multi-brand portfolio business background
