As Business Operations Associate, you will be the third individual contributor on the operations team, reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer. This is a broad-mandate role with direct exposure to strategic questions shaping a category-defining AI company. You will drive high-impact initiatives and shape strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include: translating company strategy into execution by identifying and prioritizing growth initiatives; championing value engineering across the customer lifecycle to help customers quantify and realize business impact; owning cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion (e.g., segment growth acceleration, customer adoption programs); and influencing company decision-making through research, analysis, proposals, and alignment-building. Depending on business priorities, you may also incubate new sub-functions, upgrade business intelligence capabilities, and enhance how the company manages KPIs, dashboards, and business rhythms.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across GTM, RevOps, Product, Finance, and Analytics. Your initial focus will be building the value engineering capability, with opportunities to broaden or specialize over time.
Required qualifications: 4-6+ years in strategy & execution roles (business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, product management, entrepreneurship, or investing/investment banking); excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; track record of delivering results and executing in ambiguous environments; strong written and verbal communication; proficiency in or willingness to learn SQL. Preferred: experience in high-growth or technology environments; familiarity with professional services (legal, tax, finance). You should have low ego, high ownership mentality, and excitement to partner directly with account teams and customers.
