Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion. The company's Lattice OS platform turns thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control systems. As a Business Operations Associate, you will own operational projects end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation. The role has two primary focuses: improving Anduril's operations across divisions and functional organizations, and executing high-priority special projects that cut across teams. You will work on complex operational challenges at the intersection of people, hardware, and software systems, including inventory management, staffing and recruiting operations, asset tracking in the field, and manufacturing quality systems. You'll become deeply familiar with business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS) and leverage data to execute analyses on tight timelines while equipping functional teams with insights and tools to measure and improve processes. The role requires translating ambiguous problems into structured data problems and executing solutions. You will project manage across large stakeholder groups including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth, and Deployments. You'll lead meetings, manage communication channels, and shepherd cross-functional groups toward decisions on strategic issues. Required qualifications include 1+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy & operations, or business analyst roles. You must be self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. Strong analytical aptitude with Excel or SQL is essential. You should enjoy being a thought partner for others, translating operational problems into data-driven solutions, and communicating with senior leadership. U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled information.
