Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Air Dominance & Strike Division develops next-generation collaborative combat aircraft, advanced effects, and autonomous weapons software powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system.
The Business Operations team is a small, high-impact group of business generalists enabling the division to scale through hyper-growth. In this role, you will:
• Work cross-functionally to ensure business development, engineering, and production teams have the resources and support needed to execute effectively
• Support corporate planning cycles by building and monitoring performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans to hit aggressive growth targets
• Translate growth signals into operational demand across staffing, real estate, test ranges, classified infrastructure, and production capabilities
• Balance resource and execution risk against massive growth plans by monitoring financials and guiding toward profitability targets
• Support the business line's governance structure including business reviews, annual planning, employee onboarding, and all-hands meetings
• Execute special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure as needed
You are a complex problem-solver with high ownership, low ego, and strong outcome orientation. You're detail-oriented, data-driven, and a fast learner who can operate tactically without losing sight of strategy. You have 2+ years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, startup, or in finance/consulting. You must be eligible to hold a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
