The company combines expertise in culture, technology, and storytelling to deliver culturally attuned creative work that drives measurable business impact. As Business Director, you will serve as a strategic leader and trusted client partner for assigned accounts, deeply invested in understanding clients' business challenges and uncovering opportunities to solve them through innovative creative solutions. You'll act as the day-to-day senior business lead, building and maintaining trusted relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders while providing strategic counsel rooted in deep understanding of their business, category, and competitive dynamics. Key responsibilities include driving business and strategic leadership by serving as a strategic partner who identifies and addresses core client challenges; leading creative solutions with business impact by collaborating with internal Strategy, Creative, and other teams to ensure work solves real business problems; and championing growth by proactively identifying opportunities to expand agency partnerships within existing accounts and participating in broader business development efforts. Working hand-in-hand with Program Management (who handles operational planning, scoping, and budgeting), you'll focus on driving the business agenda and strategic growth while ensuring seamless integration across disciplines and maintaining highest standards in client service. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of agency or communications experience, with deep understanding of the QSR/restaurant category and experience leading multicultural or African American targeted work. A proactive, hands-on approach with passion for culturally relevant work that delivers against both business objectives and consumer engagement is essential.
