Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary: $60,000 (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission (~$95,000 OTE) - Meaningful equity (stock options) in the company - Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance (partially company-paid) - Paid parental leave: 12 weeks if you've given birth, 4 weeks if your partner has (after one year of service) - Choice of laptop (Mac or Windows) - Regular company events and professional development opportunities Requirements: The posting emphasizes qualities over formal credentials: articulate communication, commercial curiosity, ability to learn quickly, comfort with cold outreach, strong questioning skills, receptiveness to feedback, and persistence. An interest in AI and understanding of federal government procurement processes is advantageous. No specific years of experience, education level, or certifications are stated as mandatory.
