Amenitiz is a SaaS platform serving independent hoteliers across Europe—family-run properties, boutique hotels, and small chains underserved by enterprise-focused solutions. With over 15,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, the product has strong market validation.
As a Business Development Representative, you own the full sales cycle from first outbound touch to signed contract. This is not a meeting-booking role. You will prospect, run demos, handle objections, and close deals while managing your pipeline and revenue contribution end-to-end.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting & pipeline generation: Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and chat. Maintain high activity levels and build a consistent pipeline from scratch, owning your top-of-funnel.
- Discovery & qualification: Understand each prospect's current setup, pain points, and operational needs. Identify fit quickly, prioritize opportunities, and position Amenitiz in a specific, relevant way.
- Product demos: Run structured, tailored demonstrations that connect product features to real business problems and make it easy for prospects to say yes.
- Objection handling & closing: Navigate hesitation, competitive comparisons, and timing objections with confidence. Create earned urgency and ask for the deal.
- Pipeline management: Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date. Forecast reliably and ensure no follow-ups slip through.
- Collaboration: Work with sales leadership and peers to sharpen approach, share market feedback, objection patterns, and competitive intelligence.
You will be selling something that makes a measurable difference to independent hoteliers and will own the entire process of getting them there.
Compensation includes competitive OTE (base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission), stock options with progressive vesting, comprehensive health insurance, on-demand salary access, a structured career path with defined criteria at every level, flexible benefits (meals, childcare, transportation, training), book purchases and access to a shared team library, and an international team of 35+ nationalities based in one of Europe's leading tech hubs.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales role (SDR, AE, or full-cycle)
- Native Italian speaker with strong written and verbal English
- Comfortable switching between prospecting and closing mode within the same week
- Full ownership of pipeline and results, not just activity metrics
- Structured approach to pipeline management with accurate forecasting and reliable follow-up
- Resilient and consistent in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups is an advantage
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
