Salary: CAD 63,000 - 88,000 / annual

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting the Enterprise sales team, you will create new pipeline by researching prospective customers, understanding their business challenges, and initiating meaningful conversations through multi-channel outreach including cold calling, personalized email, video, and social engagement. You will partner closely with Account Executives to identify organizations seeking simpler, more secure ways to manage access and protect their people, applications, and devices. Your responsibilities include: • Strategic prospecting into new and existing enterprise accounts using Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Generating qualified sales pipeline through personalized, thoughtful outreach across multiple channels • Researching prospective customers to understand business priorities, security challenges, and key decision-makers • Applying AI tools to gather prospect context, identify account signals, and improve messaging personalization • Building product and industry knowledge through onboarding, coaching, and practical customer engagement • Testing new approaches, learning from results, and adapting outreach strategy The role reports to the Manager of Business Development and is hybrid-based, with expectation to regularly visit either the Toronto or Austin office. You'll work in a culture that prioritizes collaboration, transparent communication, and experimentation. The team is transforming how it works with AI—sellers are expected to become power users, leveraging AI daily for smarter, faster work and real-time coaching. Required: 1+ years of relevant professional experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, or related customer-facing activity. Strong written and verbal communication skills, curiosity about customer business priorities, motivation to achieve goals, and ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with Salesforce and Outreach, enterprise account support, or cybersecurity products is preferred. Comfort with AI tools and willingness to learn is essential.
