In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, program managers, and industry partners across the defense ecosystem. You'll generate and qualify opportunities across programs, collaborating closely with Account Executives to shape deals early in the acquisition cycle. A key part of your work involves tracking priorities, funding lines, and acquisition strategies to anticipate where Defense Unicorns can add value. The team is composed of innovators, software engineers, and veterans with decades of experience delivering technology programs across the federal market.
This is a remote-first role offering flexibility and autonomy. You'll work alongside a mission-driven team united by a shared vision of freedom and security. The company emphasizes speed, user experience, optionality, and security without compromise. You'll have opportunities to expand your skills across business development, capture, and strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong understanding of acquisition processes, program offices, and budget cycles
- Passion for aligning technology to mission outcomes
- Excellent communication skills—both in building trusted relationships and in clear, concise written communication
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and a bias for action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative startup environment
