You will join Teya's rapidly growing sales organization as a field-based sales professional. This is a career-building opportunity designed for someone with hunger and coachability rather than prior sales experience. The company invests heavily in structured onboarding and hands-on coaching, hiring for potential and mindset rather than a finished track record. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your defined territory through outreach, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings - Meet with business owners to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and recommend relevant Teya products and solutions - Learn and apply Teya's value-led sales methodology to win new business and achieve performance targets - Develop positive, long-term customer relationships that support market penetration, growth, and retention - Build strong product knowledge through structured training - Share field insights to help improve products and customer experience - Represent Teya as a credible, professional, and values-led ambassador within your territory This is a fully field-based role requiring you to be located in Surrey and meet business owners face-to-face across your territory.
