Salary: USD 66,300 - 83,800 / annual

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients, playing a pivotal role in representing Pontera and driving new business growth. You'll have significant opportunity for professional development with support from management and mentors, working in an environment where your contributions are immediately visible and valued.
Key responsibilities include identifying and generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting, building interest via cold calling, email campaigns, and social engagement, creating accurate and relevant follow-up prospect lists using strong organizational skills, and overcoming objections to effectively build sales pipelines.
You should demonstrate the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, be self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, show a sense of urgency and professional persistence, maintain a resilient and upbeat attitude, be a strong team player, and have a demonstrated track record of top performance.
Compensation includes a $66,300 base salary with an $83,800 on-target earnings (OTE).
