Mundi is seeking a proactive and autonomous Business Development Representative to drive high-quality pipeline generation for the commercial team across the Argentina region. You will own mid-market and enterprise accounts, operating as a key reference point for the BDR team while accelerating company growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, broker relationships, and strategic partnerships. You will lead product demonstrations and conduct initial commercial conversations with prospects and clients, qualifying business opportunities and preparing cases for internal team evaluation. You will maintain accurate CRM records ensuring complete traceability of all accounts and collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development Managers, Risk, and other key departments to drive and close strategic opportunities.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Argentina. The role requires someone who is passionate about business development, strategic prospecting, and commercial impact—someone who can operate consistently and independently while becoming a reference point for the broader BDR team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, Sales Development, or B2B consultative sales roles (experience in fintech, factoring, financial services, or consultative/cold prospecting environments is desirable)
- Proven experience in B2B outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Demonstrated ability to lead product demos and executive-level commercial conversations
- Intermediate-Advanced English (B2/C1 or higher) for conducting business conversations, presenting demos, and collaborating with international teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience, high adaptability, and strong commercial thinking with sharp qualification judgment
