The company has built the first real-time medical review platform designed to identify and mitigate clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients. As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key driver of Brellium's growth by prospecting and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with sales and marketing leadership to help shape the pipeline generation motion at this fast-growing healthtech startup. This is an early-stage BDR role with significant opportunity to influence how outbound prospecting and lead qualification processes evolve.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to build a sales pipeline for the closing team
- Research target accounts and reach out to decision-makers at healthcare clinics, including C-suite executives
- Collaborate with the Account Executive team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up conversations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their pain points and how Brellium solves them
- Track outreach efforts and sales activities using CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io, Nooks, Claude Code)
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies
- Consistently achieve and exceed BDR activity and qualification goals (emails sent, calls made, sales opportunities generated)
- Assist in refining outreach and sales processes to optimize conversion rates
- Participate in team discussions to improve sales strategy and process

Compensation and benefits include $90,000 OTE, equity compensation, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage (up to 100% premiums), HSA/FSA, 11 paid holidays, unlimited PTO, training and professional development, and dinner provided via DoorDash with a stocked kitchen for NY employees.
