Robinhood is seeking a Brokerage Communications Specialist to join the Brokerage Communications Operations team, which ensures customers receive clear, compliant, and timely information about their accounts and financial services. This role manages the full lifecycle of regulatory customer communications for the broker-dealer and affiliated entities, including Trump Accounts, one of Robinhood's newest and most nationally visible programs.
You will own day-to-day execution of communications—planning, drafting, routing for approval, and validating delivery—while partnering with senior leadership to ensure communications reflect guidance from external government and program partners. You'll have direct exposure to senior-level conversations and help translate external input into compliant, customer-ready messaging.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of regulatory mass customer communication campaigns, including defining project scopes, timelines, and communications schedules, and drafting clear customer notices
- Participating in the team's 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to operational incidents, drafting urgent customer-facing messaging, and coordinating key communications with leadership
- Validating successful delivery of required customer communications using data and reporting tools to ensure regulatory compliance for trade confirmations, statements, and disclosures
- Maintaining comprehensive and organized delivery evidence to support audits, exams, and regulatory reviews
- Partnering with Compliance, Legal, Senior Leadership, and other departments to manage competing priorities across daily operational communications and concurrent regulatory projects
You will collaborate with Operations, Product, Senior Leadership, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Brokerage and Clearing Communications within the Market Operations organization and offers ground-floor exposure to a program with national visibility.
The role is based in Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Lake Mary, FL; or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hold Series 7 and Series 24 licenses
- 3+ years of experience in a financial services operations and regulatory compliance environment
- Exceptionally polished written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft clear regulatory notices and present updates to senior leadership
- Strong project coordination and self-starter skills, with ability to manage multiple concurrent timelines and adapt to changing regulatory deadlines
- Comfort working with structured data and AI-powered tools to pull, analyze, and reconcile datasets across operational systems
- High attention to detail, proactive approach to identifying operational improvements, highly collaborative and strong relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
