Flock is an AI-first insurtech company that uses telematics and real-time data to help fleet customers prevent crashes and improve driver safety. Recently acquired by Admiral (May 2026), Flock combines startup energy with the backing of the UK's leading motor insurer and is experiencing rapid growth.
As Broker Development Manager, you will lead a panel of key strategic brokers to accelerate Flock's distribution in the commercial fleet insurance market. You'll be the primary face of Flock for your broker partners, driving mutual growth and long-term success while delivering high volumes of broker submissions to support ambitious growth targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a panel of key strategic brokers and identifying significant growth opportunities within each relationship
- Building and onboarding new broker partners at pace, maximizing their commercial potential
- Developing and executing data-driven account growth strategies to drive sustained performance
- Proactively engaging brokers to promote Flock's appetite and proposition as the company expands into new sectors
- Supporting day-to-day trading activity and helping brokers win and retain business
- Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to deliver shared growth objectives
- Maintaining strong broker advocacy through visibility, responsiveness, and passion for Flock's product and mission
- Leveraging AI daily—from broker research and meeting preparation to pipeline analysis—to maximize time spent on high-value relationships rather than administrative tasks
You'll work hybrid, typically three days per week in the Central London office (near Moorgate and Liverpool Street), with flexibility for longer commutes. Client site visits, conferences, and broker office visits count toward office days.
