As Broker Development Manager, you'll lead a panel of key strategic brokers in the commercial motor fleet space, driving mutual growth and long-term partnerships. You'll be the primary face of Flock to your broker partners, responsible for maximizing existing relationships and building new ones that accelerate distribution.
Key responsibilities include: managing a portfolio of strategic brokers with significant growth potential; delivering high volumes of broker submissions to support ambitious growth targets; onboarding new broker partners and maximizing their commercial potential; proactively engaging brokers to promote Flock's market-leading connected fleet proposition; developing data-driven account growth strategies; supporting day-to-day trading activity to win and retain business; collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams; and maintaining strong broker advocacy through visibility and responsiveness.
You'll leverage AI daily—from broker research and meeting preparation to pipeline analysis—to focus your time on high-value relationship conversations rather than administrative tasks. The role requires deep expertise in the commercial insurance broker marketplace, understanding of broker business models, and ability to deliver consultative sales aligned with broker needs.
The position is based in Central London (near Moorgate/Liverpool Street) with a hybrid model of minimum 3 days per week in office. Client and broker site visits can substitute for office days.
