Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience. The company serves 1M+ members across 40K+ partner companies and has reached €800M+ in ARR. With 1000+ employees, Alan is expanding internationally across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
As Brand Marketing Associate, you will work directly with the Creative Director (Jérémy Clédat, co-founder and ex-CEO of Welcome to the Jungle) to scale Alan's brand alongside rapid company growth. This is a full-time role for an early-career marketer focused on turning strategic ambitions into executable playbooks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build the International Playbook: Define how Alan's brand enters new markets (M&A integration, hard launches, local partnerships). Learn from Spain, Belgium, and Canada launches to create a reusable framework for future expansion.
• Shape the flagship international health event: Benchmark category-defining events, develop the concept and format, and build a multi-country activation plan with concrete resource requirements.
• Create the Product Launch Playbook: Develop a repeatable go-to-market approach (positioning, messaging, channels, sequencing) tested on real upcoming product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing.
• Partner with the Creative Director: Turn strategic vision into concrete initiatives and bring structure to brand team OKRs and performance tracking.
This role blends strategy, creative evaluation, and execution. You will work across ambiguous briefs, structure complex initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and creative teams. Context-switching between playbook development, event strategy, go-to-market planning, and OKR management is expected.
Alan offers flexible office space at the Paris HQ, top-tier equipment (MacBook Pro, monitors, Bose headphones), flexible working hours, country-specific commuter benefits, learning and training budgets, and a dedicated coaching program for all employees from day one.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications (agency, scale-up, or corporate)
• Solid marketing and go-to-market fundamentals: positioning, messaging, channels, launch sequencing
• Excellent structuring and writing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris
NICE TO HAVE:
• Exposure to international expansion, market entry, or M&A
• Experience supporting a product launch
• Experience with event strategy or brand activations
• Familiarity with OKRs
• French language skills
