Alan is a fast-growing healthtech company (€800M+ ARR, 1M+ members, 800+ employees) building the new standard in prevention insurance by integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience. They operate across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the Brand team, responsible for owning Alan's global event strategy and execution. You will lead the company's flagship annual event (building on Alan 10's success) while establishing the operating system that enables commercial and local teams to run high-quality events consistently across markets. Key responsibilities include: (1) owning the flagship event from strategy through post-event follow-up, including vendor/agency/speaker management, content coordination, guest experience design, and on-site execution; (2) building Alan's recurring event playbook—defining formats (owned events, executive dinners, roundtables, speaking opportunities, trade shows, partner events), creating templates for briefs/timelines/budgets/approvals, and establishing quality standards; (3) supporting local teams in France and other markets by reviewing plans, raising quality standards, and identifying scalable local formats; (4) contributing to the Brand team's community-event strategy, designing recurring franchises, building partnerships with organizations and opinion leaders, and running test-and-learn initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Marketing, PR, Creative, Communications, and local market teams. The role requires strong event production skills (planning, budgeting, vendor management, risk management, rehearsals, on-site delivery), experience building repeatable processes and playbooks, and understanding of how events drive brand awareness, community building, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes. You'll manage CRM, registration, lead capture, attribution, and post-event follow-up. The role involves travel across international markets and willingness to relocate to or be based in Paris.
