Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 / annual
Greenlight is a family technology company with 6.5+ million users, offering a suite of products including a debit card, app, GPS trackers, and family hub to help families manage finances and stay connected.
You will partner with the Design team to build and grow Greenlight's visual brand identity across marketing, advertising, and product touchpoints. Your work will connect with families, communicate product offerings, deliver surprise and delight, and differentiate Greenlight competitively.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Concept and design engaging visual assets across brand and product ecosystem to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Work on diverse creative projects: marketing and product launch campaigns, website landing pages, emails, social media content, in-app content, company swag, presentation decks, direct mailers, and more
- Leverage motion to engage viewers and support storytelling
- Drive consistency and cohesion across the brand, building upon guidelines and identifying opportunities for fresh visual expression
- Collaborate with marketing and product managers, creative directors, strategists, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure work delivers on creative briefs and meets business objectives
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of design experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led company
- Dynamic portfolio showcasing diverse design skills: layout, typography, color, form, motion, storytelling, and brand systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong grasp on contemporary design aesthetics, trends, and interest in emerging technologies
- Advanced design skills in Figma; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); working knowledge of AfterEffects is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Nice to have: ability to design for print and create press-ready mechanical files
