Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 / annual
Brigit is a fintech company focused on helping everyday Americans build financial health through transparent, fair, and simple financial products. As a Product Designer II on the Growth & Memberships team, you will own feature-level design work on critical moments in the member journey—from onboarding and activation through subscription management and retention.
You will design end-to-end experiences, taking problems from early concepts and wireframes through polished designs, prototypes, launch, and iteration. Your work will directly impact how members interact with Brigit during their first minutes in the app and their ongoing engagement with the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning key moments in the member journey: creating fast, intuitive experiences across onboarding, activation, subscription management, and retention that reduce friction, build trust, and keep members engaged
- Designing end-to-end experiences from concept through launch and iteration
- Using data (activation, retention, and other signals) to uncover friction, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact
- Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to define requirements, explore solutions, and identify opportunities beyond the immediate roadmap
- Collaborating with the UX Researcher to understand member needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Working with the Senior Product Designer on Growth & Memberships to sharpen thinking and raise the bar on craft
- Moving quickly, observing member responses, and iterating based on learnings
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Design experience
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and problem-solving ability
- Experience designing consumer-facing apps, ideally products people use daily and trust with something important
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently
- Experience creating highly accessible products
- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes
- Genuine curiosity about why people do what they do, especially regarding money and the moments that drive engagement or churn
