Charta Health is building an AI-powered operating system for modern healthcare organizations, streamlining workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, the company is focused on making healthcare infrastructure more efficient and trustworthy. As Founding Brand Designer, you will own the complete visual identity and storytelling system from the ground up. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant creative autonomy, responsible for establishing the foundational brand strategy and visual design system as the company scales into enterprise expansion. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and formalizing the brand identity system, including typography, motion, color, illustration, and iconography designed for enterprise decision-makers - Owning the visual design and Webflow architecture of the website and landing pages, executing full redesigns and optimization sprints to drive conversion - Creating polished, high-impact enterprise assets such as pitch decks, whitepapers, interactive case studies, product one-pagers, and executive reports - Partnering with Content and Demand Generation teams to produce high-performing ad creative, social assets, email templates, and product launch materials - Designing offline brand presence including conference booths, event signage, executive dinner collateral, and premium branded materials Ideal candidates have 4+ years of brand design experience, preferably at high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startups. A strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, visual storytelling, and Webflow/Figma proficiency is essential. You should have a proven track record translating complex technical products into approachable visual narratives, with strong instincts for conversion design and building scalable visual systems. Experience with 3D design, motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, Rive), or interactive web shaders is a plus.
