Stori Card is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead visual execution of brand initiatives and create high-impact designs that embody the company's personality, values, and vision. This role involves shaping and evolving the visual identity, driving creative excellence, and ensuring cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include leading development of brand visuals for major campaigns and product launches, defining and strengthening visual language and brand expression, ensuring consistency and innovation across executions, and partnering with Marketing, Product, and leadership to translate business objectives into compelling visual experiences. The role includes mentoring junior designers, presenting design concepts to stakeholders, and establishing high creative standards across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or related fields, preferably in agencies or fast-growing companies. Required skills include strong expertise in brand identity, visual systems, and visual strategy; advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools; solid understanding of UX/UI and motion design; and a strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, identity systems, and art direction. Experience leading creative projects, teams, or mentoring designers is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to clearly explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders. A strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and passion for building distinctive brands is critical. The role emphasizes leveraging AI as part of the creative toolkit—including AI-powered visual ideation, AI-enhanced workflows for automating repetitive tasks, and using AI tools to identify visual trends and consumer behavior insights.
