As Brand Creative Manager, you will lead day-to-day brand execution across digital and marketing channels, ensuring visual identity, social media presence, and creative assets remain consistent and engaging. This is a hybrid role combining people management with hands-on creative leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading creative direction and providing feedback to ensure high-quality output
- Executing high-priority graphic design projects personally
- Overseeing planning and execution of creative projects across social media, digital marketing, employer branding, and company initiatives
- Maintaining and evolving the company's visual identity across all brands and touchpoints
- Reviewing and approving creative assets including social media content, videos, presentations, and marketing materials
- Collaborating with Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop campaigns supporting business objectives
- Guiding visual direction of social media content aligned with brand standards and platform best practices
- Prioritizing and allocating creative work to ensure on-time delivery
- Staying informed on design trends and introducing ideas to enhance brand visibility
- Monitoring creative campaign performance and using insights to improve future execution
You bring 5+ years of graphic design, brand design, or creative marketing experience, with previous experience managing or mentoring a small creative team. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or related field. You have strong understanding of branding, visual identity, typography, layout, and design principles. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is required. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
