Dust is seeking a senior Brand and Content Strategist to define and execute the company's global brand and content strategy. You will own how Dust's story comes to life across markets, channels, and formats—deciding which narratives to tell, who they serve, where they appear, and how they drive business results. You will translate Dust's company narrative and positioning into a distinctive content strategy for the US and Europe, creating flagship content yourself while bringing in contractors, agencies, or partners as needed. Starting as a senior individual contributor, you'll have the opportunity to build a team as the function grows. Key responsibilities include: defining global brand and content strategy; owning content programs across social, video, customer, community, and editorial channels from strategy through execution; building a content roadmap around company priorities, audience needs, and market opportunities; establishing voice, editorial standards, and creative principles; turning product launches, customer outcomes, and market shifts into attention-earning stories; building customer storytelling into a multi-format flagship program; scaling storytelling through others via co-marketing and partner programs; and connecting content to business outcomes through measurement and refinement. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, comms, community, and field marketing on integrated programs. You'll run your own function on Dust and be deeply fluent in AI, speaking the language of buyers and users. Required: 5-7+ years of content or brand strategy experience at a fast-growing B2B software company; proven ability to build a brand people genuinely care about; strong grasp of modern distribution (social-first, LinkedIn, video, community, creator playbooks); stellar storytelling across formats; ability to connect content to business results; skill at scaling through others; deep fluency in AI; based in New York or San Francisco. This role does not own co-founder presence, executive thought leadership, PR, communications, core product marketing, or growth experimentation—those are owned by adjacent functions with which you'll collaborate closely.
