Mytra is building robotics and distributed software to solve material handling and storage in supply chain—a $1T market undergoing rapid transformation due to e-commerce growth, cost pressures, and disruption. The company is focused on supply chain first, applying hardware and software to create a new product category.
As Bot Production Team Lead, you'll oversee day-to-day production operations for Mytra's bot manufacturing line. This is a hands-on, working-lead role: you'll build alongside your team while setting pace, quality standards, and schedule adherence against real customer commitments.
Key responsibilities:
- Run the production line daily, keeping builds on track, assigning work, and stepping in on the floor to maintain momentum
- Build alongside technicians, modeling quality and craftsmanship at every station
- Hold the line to released specs and SOPs, ensuring only validated product moves forward
- Own first-line quality, catching issues early and routing nonconforming units for rework
- Be the first point of contact for technicians, resolving everyday issues and escalating appropriately to the manager
- Partner with the manager and NPI to translate build plans into smooth daily cadence, growing into more planning responsibility over time
- Document floor issues in Linear, collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Quality on issues affecting quality, schedule, or design
- Champion safety on the floor, leading by example on PPE, shop practices, and workspace organization
- Help onboard and train Bot Production Technicians as the team scales, building team culture from day one
You'll ramp deep on the product itself, training shoulder-to-shoulder with Bot Prototype and Manufacturing technicians to understand the bots inside and out before carrying that expertise to the production floor.
