As a Billing Operations Specialist, you will manage global billing operations for the Finance team. Your core responsibilities include ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining subscription data, and supporting revenue integrity across the platform. You will be the operational backbone of billing, handling day-to-day execution and process improvements.
You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Experience teams to resolve billing issues, perform reconciliations, and streamline billing processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across multiple departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. You'll identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to support the company's growth trajectory.
