Lyra Health is seeking a Bilingual Learning & Development Consultant based in Mexico City to provide strategic, organizational-level workplace wellbeing consultancy to international corporate clients across Lyra's global markets. This fully remote role sits within Lyra International's global L&D function and partners closely with clients, Account Management, and internal stakeholders to identify workforce wellbeing needs and design scalable, clinically sound, and commercially viable group-based learning interventions including workshops, webinars, leadership programs, and campaigns.
The consultant will work in a geographically distributed, cross-cultural environment, supporting clients, colleagues, and stakeholders across multiple international markets and time zones. Occasional work outside standard local working hours may be required to support global meetings, client engagements, and program delivery.
This is an organizational consultancy role focused on workplace wellbeing strategy and program design. It does not involve individual clinical care, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating complex client needs, translating clinical evidence into accessible learning experiences, and collaborating across time zones and cultures.
