Motive is a fleet operations platform that empowers companies managing physical operations with tools for safety, productivity, and profitability. The platform serves nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, and other industries.
You will join the Total Rewards team as a Benefits Specialist, playing a pivotal role in building and evolving Motive's benefits function to attract, reward, and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role based in Lahore with a requirement to commute to the office at least 2 days per week. The role requires availability to work 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Time to align with global operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees and benefit vendors
- Coordinate Provident Fund enrollments and inquiries
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle related to benefits, including new hire orientations, offboarding, and general inquiries
- Maintain in-depth understanding of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements
- Ensure backend benefits management hygiene through plan and employee records management and compliance reporting
- Update Payroll/HRIS systems for employee Provident Fund deductions
- Work closely with HR business partners, HR operations, and finance teams

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a benefits-related or HR Operations role
- Strong customer service skills with ability to respond to communications effectively and timely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday
- Ability to work 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Time
- Hunger to try new and creative approaches; preference for innovative solutions over traditional ones
- Must be authorized to receive and access technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
