Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 / annual

Clarity Pediatrics is a Series A-funded healthtech company redefining pediatric chronic care, with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, allergies, asthma, and obesity. The company has raised $25M from leading VCs and operates a virtual multi-specialty care model serving families nationwide. As Behavioral Health Manager, you will lead a growing team of behavioral health providers (psychologists and master's-level clinicians) reporting to the Executive Clinical Leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management with direct clinical work. Key responsibilities include: **Team Oversight & Leadership:** - Supervise and support clinical team members, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care - Foster a clinical culture that engages and retains high performers while maintaining accountability - Champion clinical excellence and uphold ethical and regulatory standards - Conduct diagnostic assessments, lead new patient intakes, and facilitate group therapy for parents and caregivers - Support scheduling flexibility and coverage as the team scales **Strategic Partnership & Optimization:** - Collaborate with Operations to align clinician schedules with patient needs and manage time off - Lead process optimization to refine workflows, outcomes, and patient experience - Proactively identify ways to enhance quality of care and exceed NPS benchmarks - Balance clinical judgment with business acumen in decision-making You will be fully remote with optional in-person work days in the Bay Area. The role requires a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or master's-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) with an active CA license, 7+ years post-licensure experience, 3+ years managing clinical teams, and expertise in pediatric behavioral health. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, empowered to lead, and tech-savvy.
