Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking an experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical operations and mentor a growing team of behavior analysts and technicians in Virginia Beach. This hybrid role combines direct clinical oversight with people management and program development. In this position, you will provide clinical leadership to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs, supervising and mentoring clinicians while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload. You'll conduct and review assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and reassessments to ensure quality and compliance. Your responsibilities include monitoring client progress and treatment integrity, reviewing clinical documentation for accuracy and medical necessity, and providing case consultation and guidance to clinical staff. A key part of the role is ensuring compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with families, clinicians, schools, and external providers, and partner with leadership on clinical quality improvement initiatives and program development. Required qualifications include current BCBA certification in good standing, a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field, and Virginia licensure or eligibility. You must have experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities, supervising and mentoring clinical staff, and strong clinical judgment and leadership skills. Knowledge of ABA treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and payer requirements is essential. Reliable transportation for local travel and CPR certification are required. Preferred experience includes clinical leadership roles and familiarity with TriCARE, Medicaid, and commercial insurance-funded ABA services. The company offers competitive compensation ($85,000–$105,000), health/dental/vision insurance, hybrid scheduling flexibility, mileage reimbursement, CEU and professional development support, and clear career growth opportunities within a supportive leadership environment.
