Salary: USD 132,888 - 166,110 / annual
Brex is a fintech platform enabling companies to spend smarter across 200+ markets through corporate cards, banking, spend management, and travel software. The company serves tens of thousands of customers including DoorDash, Coinbase, Robinhood, and Zoom.
As a Banking Relationship Manager on Brex's newly formed Banking Team, you will drive net-new revenue by partnering directly with Founders, C-Suite Executives, VPs of Finance, and Controllers to optimize adoption of Brex's business account suite. You'll work with companies ranging from early-stage startups to large mid-market and enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Upselling checking, treasury, and sweep products to existing card-only customers to increase total AUM
- Creating Security Account Control Agreements (SACA) or Cash Covenants to provide higher credit limits
- Serving as a trusted account advisor through strategic inbound and outbound sales
- Engaging businesses across the full sales cycle: prospecting, demonstrations, onboarding, and closing
- Developing cross-functional strategic plans to drive product adoption and revenue
- Collaborating with Account Executives, Relationship Managers, Customer Success, and Client Sales teams
- Participating in daily training and enablement for continuous development
The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid model requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), plus up to four weeks of fully remote work annually.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience in financial services, fintech, or with early-stage companies
- Excellent communication skills to engage C-Suite decision makers
- Proven track record of carrying quota and hitting/exceeding targets
- B.A. or B.S. degree from a 4-year university
Bonus qualifications:
- Series 7 & 63 licenses (active or re-activatable)
- Familiarity with sales tools (Gong, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
