SweatPals is a community-first fitness platform that connects fitness entrepreneurs, hosts, gyms, and participants through social workout experiences. Backed by a16z Speedrun, Patron, Kevin Hart, Pear VC, and founders of Instacart and DreamWorks Animation, the company is scaling rapidly to make fitness social, joyful, and inclusive. You'll own the full B2B marketing journey for SweatPals' host community—fitness entrepreneurs and community leaders who use the platform to run their businesses. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, growth, sales enablement, and product marketing, translating product capabilities into compelling reasons for hosts to join, stay, and grow. Key responsibilities include: (1) Host product marketing and feature adoption (~50%)—partner with Product on roadmap translation, own end-to-end feature launch plans, run product education campaigns via CRM, develop thought leadership and blog strategy, brief social teams on rollouts, and collaborate on feature adoption tracking. (2) Sales and success enablement (~30%)—develop host case studies and proof points, build a B2B content library with thought leadership pieces and migration guides, support Sales with pitch decks and pricing materials, lead testimonial video production, and partner on B2B networking events. (3) Host communications and activation messaging (~20%)—partner with Lifecycle to build email and in-app journeys, develop monthly newsletter strategy, own email/in-app cadence by use case, and own onboarding education outside the product. You'll need 6–10 years of B2B or product marketing experience, deep expertise in B2B advertising and lifecycle marketing strategy, and a track record of self-directed execution. Experience at marketplace businesses or early-stage startups is preferred. You should thrive with ownership, complexity, and measurable outcomes—comfortable building systems from scratch, influencing cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Success, Support), and seeing your work impact real communities.
