The B2B Fulfillment Operations Associate serves as the operational backbone of the Fulfillment team, ensuring every clinical placement moves forward with accuracy, structure, and follow-through. The role bridges two key functions: supporting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with reliable, organized operational support so they can focus on partner relationships, and partnering with the Programs team to send clinical placement requests to preceptors with all necessary details and securing their approval.
Core responsibilities include accurately inputting and organizing data and orders (clinical placement requests), maintaining structured workflows, coordinating between internal teams (CSM and Programs), communicating with preceptors to secure approvals, tracking placement status, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent placements while maintaining accuracy.
This is an individual contributor role focused on operational excellence and process management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, comfortable with data entry and CRM/SaaS tools, and able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
