Salary: EUR 27,510 - 51,090 / annual
DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking an AS&T (Analytical Science & Technology) Specialist II to join their Ljubljana, Slovenia office in a hybrid role. This position is central to implementing new materials into pharmaceutical production, requiring coordination across global locations and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate implementation of new materials in collaboration with global sites and internal stakeholders
- Align with customers on quality requirements, analytical methods, and routine testing scope
- Plan and coordinate project activities while monitoring implementation timelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (pharmacopeias, ICH, GMP, and other standards)
- Organize transfer and implementation of analytical methods in collaboration with laboratories and other departments
- Prepare, review, and maintain local documentation supporting material testing
- Coordinate activities with laboratories, sampling teams, and customers
- Participate in interdisciplinary and international project teams, communicating with stakeholders in Slovenia and abroad
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or natural sciences
- Active proficiency in Slovenian and English
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage projects
- Independence, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with analytical method implementation or transfer of analytical procedures
- Experience working in international environments or project teams
This is a fixed-term position with a 6-month probationary period.
