MISUMI Americas, a division of MISUMI Group, is merging with Fictiv to create an AI-enabled manufacturing platform combining standard, configurable, and custom parts. The company serves innovative manufacturers and engineers across the Americas with operations in San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago. As an Associate Technical Program Manager II based in Bengaluru, you will manage high-mix, low-volume manufacturing projects, bridging US-based customers with manufacturing partners. You'll own the complete project lifecycle from customer requirements through final delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline while driving continuous process improvements. Key responsibilities include: managing projects end-to-end with focus on scope, budget, and timeline adherence; mitigating risks and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery to design specifications; scheduling and overseeing distribution of manufacturing work orders to partner network; resolving production issues and answering technical questions from manufacturers; managing post-sale change requests and evaluating their impact; identifying and driving tactical and strategic workflow improvements; and maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders. You'll need a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant work experience. Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining is essential, with additional experience in 3D printing, injection molding, or sheet metal fabrication valued. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Strong skills required: project management (scoping, timing, quality control, testing, logistics), multi-stakeholder management, independent work, detail orientation, data-driven problem-solving, and adaptability in ambiguous environments. You should be results-oriented, comfortable with tight deadlines, and fluent in English. Multicultural work experience is beneficial. The role requires openness to working night shifts to coordinate with US-based operations.
