Salary: USD 55,000 - 65,000 / annual
Vestwell is a fintech platform powering the savings economy, serving over 350,000 businesses and 2M active savers with $50B+ in assets across retirement, education, and healthcare savings. The company enables financial advisers, employers, third-party administrators, financial institutions, payroll providers, and government agencies to manage savings plans efficiently.
As an Operations Associate in Saver Operations, you will be the backbone of Vestwell's plan administration, processing participant requests for distributions and loans from retirement plans with precision and care. You'll work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment handling high-volume, time-sensitive transactions while maintaining exceptional accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing participant distribution and loan requests accurately and efficiently
- Adhering to company procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
- Managing high-volume tickets while maintaining productivity and accuracy
- Making outbound calls to participants to verify information and clarify request details
- Sending professional emails to gather required supporting documentation
- Documenting all participant interactions in Jira and other tracking systems
- Collaborating with team members to improve workflows and enhance participant satisfaction
- Continuously learning and improving skills within the retirement services industry
You'll be part of a hybrid operation with offices in Midtown Manhattan, Austin, King of Prussia, and Scottsdale, providing flexibility while maintaining team collaboration. The role requires familiarity with task management and CRM software (Jira, Zendesk, Aircall), strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Experience in high-volume, detail-oriented environments is a plus.
