Podium is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support the scaling of its high-growth AI employee platform. The company has crossed $100M in AI Agent ARR in under 24 months and is recognized as a leader in AI implementation for local businesses across Auto, Home Services, and Aesthetics verticals.
In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting responsibilities across multiple business functions including Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and Sales. You'll partner with senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies, create strategic sourcing plans for diverse candidate pools, and track hiring metrics to report progress to leadership. You'll help design and implement scalable, creative improvements to recruiting processes and work cross-functionally with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
You should bring 1–2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS, with a track record of successfully identifying and qualifying diverse candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and creative sourcing methods. Strong executive communication skills, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a demonstrated ability to work independently with high ownership are essential. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where urgency and impact are the norm.
