Salary: CAD 55,000 - 64,000 / annual
AppDirect is a subscription commerce platform enabling organizations to sell products through any channel on any device. The company is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support delivery of enterprise and platform engagements in a structured, organized role.
In this position, you will support project managers on larger initiatives while owning end-to-end project coordination on smaller projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditure tracking; organizing and attending stakeholder meetings to document minutes and action items; preparing presentation materials, project calendars, and status reports; coordinating change management and risk management activities; and supporting quality assurance to ensure projects adhere to established frameworks.
You will work in a consultative, problem-solving capacity, asking critical questions and proactively addressing risks and workflow inefficiencies. The role requires strong communication across internal teams and external stakeholders in virtual and complex environments, with a focus on bringing clarity and organization to project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management within a technology or professional services environment
- Technical affinity and comfort with IT concepts
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong structured mindset with proven ability to bring organization and clarity to complex or virtual environments
- Critical thinking abilities to proactively evaluate project risks, solve problems, and streamline workflows
- PMI certification (CAPM or PMP) is an asset
