Salary: USD 70,000 - 110,000 / annual
Vetcove is modernizing the $50+ billion animal health industry with a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, ecommerce platform, and practice management system. As an Associate Product Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the product organization, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You'll translate user feedback into actionable insights, support product launches, and help scale processes as the company grows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting product launches by coordinating go-to-market activities, creating training materials, and tracking feature adoption
- Working with integration partners to coordinate discussions between partners and engineering teams
- Synthesizing qualitative feedback from clinics, pet parents, and internal stakeholders to identify patterns for product decisions
- Maintaining product documentation including PRDs, user stories, release notes, and process guides
- Tracking and reporting on product KPIs, monitoring dashboards, and flagging anomalies
- Coordinating cross-functional workflows including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team communication
- Supporting QA processes, documenting bugs, and defining acceptance criteria

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort working with data, including spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Curiosity about technology and desire to understand how software products are built and used
- Bonus: exposure to SaaS products, healthcare/veterinary tech, or customer-facing roles
