Loadsmart is a growth-stage logistics technology unicorn (valued at $1B+) reinventing freight through innovative technology. The company helps shippers, brokers, warehouses, and carriers optimize operations.
As an Associate Pricing Analyst, you will be the operational backbone of the RFP (Request for Proposal) and contract pricing process. Your core responsibilities include processing incoming customer contract requests, creating analysis files, tracking awards, and managing pricing feedback across internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support sales and operations teams with RFP and bid management for new and existing customers
- Manage the complete RFP pipeline from pre-bid activities through initial intake to internal review
- Update and track progress on initiatives through internal systems
- Coordinate directly with sales teams on customer questions and issues
- Run point on final bid submissions to third-party portals in collaboration with Account Managers
- Assist with customer mini-bids and bulk spot pricing requests as needed
- Handle contract-related ad hoc analyses
You'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Product teams. Success requires strong attention to detail, ability to thrive under pressure with firm deadlines, and excellent organizational skills.
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years in a fast-paced, results-driven role
- Experience with process or bid management
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Transportation/logistics background is a plus
