The company operates owned clinics (Centrum Health and Premier Medical) and partners with affiliated providers nationwide, using technology and services to help providers succeed in performance-based arrangements. The Associate People Business Partner (Field) serves as the primary HR resource for assigned medical clinic locations in the Miami/Doral, Clermont, and Orlando areas. This role bridges corporate HR strategy with frontline clinic operations, supporting day-to-day people activities and fostering positive employee experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting regular field visits to clinic locations to support employee relations, workforce planning, manager development, and engagement initiatives - Partnering with clinic leaders to address people-related challenges, including employee concerns, attendance issues, and performance management - Supporting onboarding and integration for new clinic employees and leaders - Serving as an accessible HR resource for frontline employees on policies, benefits, leave, and workplace concerns - Monitoring engagement trends and workforce metrics within assigned clinics - Supporting organizational change initiatives (mergers, acquisitions, expansions, restructures) - Collaborating with recruiting and People Operations on staffing strategies and retention - Assisting with employee relations investigations and compliance matters - Analyzing workforce metrics (turnover, vacancies, engagement) to identify improvement opportunities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferably HR, Business Administration, or related field) and 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally in a field model. Preferred: experience in multi-site healthcare, retail, or hospitality environments; employee relations or talent management background; PHR, SHRM-CP certification or progress toward it. Core competencies: HR knowledge and employment law compliance, strong communication and relationship-building skills, problem-solving and analytical ability, project management and organizational execution.
