Salary: USD 113,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to deliver strategic HR support to specific business units and locations. Working under the guidance of a Senior People Business Partner, you will serve as an HR advisor to stakeholders, coaching managers on performance feedback, facilitating succession planning, and supporting employee development and workforce scaling.
Key responsibilities include partnering with business units to align HR strategies with departmental objectives; managing 360-degree feedback processes and annual review cycles; driving HR projects to meet organizational goals; supporting managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle with coaching and conflict resolution; delivering recommendations based on performance and engagement data; leading employee relations investigations; providing support during employee exits; conducting succession planning and compensation calibrations; facilitating 360 feedback for leaders with C-Suite readouts; and building strong stakeholder relationships.
You will need a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a strategic HR partner or advisor in an HRBP or HR Generalist role. Required expertise includes employment law, compensation, performance management, leadership development, coaching, employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Technical proficiency is essential: intermediate to advanced Excel skills, strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and HR-related software systems.
You should be detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while recognizing escalation needs. Strong organizational and project management skills are critical, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. U.S. Person status is required due to access to U.S. export-controlled information and facilities.
